Return & Refund Policy

At Zestshoes, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled, but you may return them upon delivery following our standard return procedure.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging
  3. Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation
  4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the package to our return address (provided with your RMA number)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing of the refund posting to your account depends on your financial institution's processing times.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some processing times may vary. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Return tracking number
  • Date of return shipment
  • Details of your refund inquiry

We will investigate the matter promptly and provide you with a resolution within 3-5 business days.
